I forgot how good this album is. I need to see these guys live again.
Revisiting Interpol’s entire discography.
Big Echo is such a great album by the band formerly known as The Morning Benders. ‘Stitches’ is absolutely amazing.
The weather is starting to change and I find myself returning more and more to my favorite music genre.
"Nag Champa (Afrodisiac For The World)" is one of Common’s most lyrically insightful songs. Check it out.
Outkast’s ATLiens and Aquemini are two of the best rap albums by the duo. Both albums show the rappers at their lyrical best. Check them out.
I have been listening to Common’s entire discography during the past few days. Common is definitely an underrated rapper with his desire for social change and harmony. I anxiously await his next album.
I’ve been listening to a lot of Someone Still Loves You Boris Yeltsin and I can’t believe how good they are. I really didn’t listen to them the first time around and now I can’t playing their music.
I saw Thee Dang Dangs live a few weeks ago and man was I blown away. I am a huge fan of surf rock/pop and these guys really expanded on that genre. I hope to hear more from them.
I saw The Gaslight Anthem last night after waiting more than 2 years to see them. They put on a terrific show but for the encore I could see that Brian Fallon was disappointed in the audience for not giving him the opportunity to say what he wanted to say. This stuck with me after the show and reading Brian’s post about last night’s show on the band’s official page, I can completely understand why he was upset. For me, I will always support and cherish them. I hope to see them live whenever they head my way again. Here’s Looking at You, Kid.
